The submission must be made between <span style=\"color: #18dd91;\"><strong>December<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #18dd91;\">1, 2025, and February 6, 2026<\/span>.<\/strong> <\/span>No pre-registration is required for the Contest; it is sufficient to submit your entries through the form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First, the whole registration and submission process is done at <a href=\"https:\/\/europeanschoolradio.eu\/\">https:\/\/europeanschoolradio.eu<\/a>\/<\/p>\n<p>Follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/community.europeanschoolradio.eu\/participationguide\">Participation Guide<\/a>, the Registration Process to European School Radio.<\/p>\n<p>If you are already registered but don&#8217;t remember the password, you can ask for a new password (lost my password).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After your registration, you can proceed to the submission for the Contest. They require quite a bit of research and the right set of skills to draw out interesting stories from guests.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Monologue \/ Solo Commentary Podcasts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A single host speaks for the whole episode. They are usually hosted by an expert in the chosen field. Audience members tune in to learn about a specific topic or get an informed opinion on recent events.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Conversational Podcasts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two podcast hosts have entertaining conversations about specific themes and topics and provide insightful, or humorous commentary. They may include guests, as well. If there are more than two hosts and this type of content, then we end up with Roundtable\/Panel Podcasts.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Nonfiction Storytelling \/ Investigative Podcasts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One or more hosts use each podcast episode to tell a whole story or a chapter of an ongoing story. This format depends on research skills.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Fictional Storytelling \/ Theatrical Podcasts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some consist of a single host who narrates a story in a similar way to an audiobook. Others have a big cast along with sound effects for a \u201clive in the story\u201d experience.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Hybrid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A combination of some of the basic formats that creates a unique show.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Upload entry files<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><strong>Audio file (.mp3)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*This is your entry that will be evaluated.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Optionally, for promotion and better communication of the entries at the stage of the Audience Award, it is suggested that each audio\/musical production be visualized and a corresponding original poster or video clip accompany the submission of the podcast and song.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Poster\/banner (optional)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*We recommend that the poster be square, whatever dimensions you want as long as it is visible. You can include information about your school, your participation, or anything else you wish. The file type must be a picture.<strong> We strongly suggest jpg or png.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Not a PDF.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Video- video clip (optional)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*It is the visualization of your audio, whether it is a podcast or a song. The end titles can include information such as your students&#8217; names and school.
