10 Feb Submission Completion – Next Steps
Dear Teachers,
We sincerely thank you for submitting the podcasts and songs you carefully prepared with your students. In total, we have successfully reached 402 entries—198 songs and 204 podcasts.
A special thank you also goes to the Technical Support team of European School Radio, who stood by each educator until the very last minute of the deadline in every possible way, as well as throughout the weekend, assisting in exceptional cases where submissions could not be properly completed by Friday night. The project now continues with the necessary checks to ensure all audio files are accessible, allowing the evaluation process to begin.
From this point forward, as the evaluation process by the Judging Committees and the participating schools will commence in a few days and will last for three weeks, we kindly ask you not to publish your submissions online or on any other platform. This will ensure anonymity and fairness in the confidential evaluation process without revealing the creators’ identities. You will be notified in the coming days so that you and your teams can listen to the submissions and participate in the evaluation.
The public release of the entries will take place once the evaluation is completed, marking the beginning of the Listeners’ Voting phase.
